Hi everyone!

I just received my Residence card.I have a question that if I could travel germany/Sweden without a visa with my EEA national partner. As I know the answer of my question is yes but just to confirm if I still can,planing to travel via Ryan Stupid.

Does the same applies to a Non-Eu Parent with EUFAM (Irish RC) travelling with her son who is a British ?

If (1) the EUFAM says the parent is the family member of an EU national, and (2) it is the son who is that EU national, then yes. (I am assuming that you are the son, and that the only EU nationality you hold is British.)

Stupid use the Timatic passport/visa database to see what documents someone requires to fly somewhere; you can check it too...

do not insist on holders of UK-issued EEA Residence Card of a family member of EEA national to travel together with the EEA national or to join EEA nationals in those countries. Said differently, a holder of a card - a non-EEA national - can travel on his/her own to these countries.
