Hi there,

I am a family member of an EEA national and have come into the UK on a residence card of a family member of an EEA national. I would like to now apply for Indefinite Leave to remain (ILR) but cannot seem to find the correct form that i would have to fill in for the application. Please could anyone advise me ASAP on which forms are suitable for the application of ILR for a family member of an EEA National.

Have you lived in the UK for 5 years with your wife as man and wife? Has she been working,self employed , student or self sufficient all through?

Family member of EU citizens usually apply for Permanent Residence and not ILR.
