i want some information regarding my mother visa i am eea national live in UK since 2007 i want to apply for EEA fp for my mother but fund i am always sending on my sister name because my mother have pain in her legs any advice my mother and sister live in same households in back home.

You will have to submit documented evidence to prove that your mother is wholly or mainly dependent on you but it appears from your post that she may not be.

It also weakens your case that money has been sent in your sister's name and not in your mother's.

Painful legs won't be sufficient.

A letter is not enough.
You (or visitor) need to prove the visitor will go home.

@Khubaib you make a presentation explaining your mother situation and get a letter from doctor saying she needs to be looked after and she is stressed because she is not living with her son and she needs you and you can explain you can't go back and look after her if you got a family here you can't leave your family so I wanna bring her here you'll be applying her case through human rights as you gonna show that she needs you and she needs to be looked after.
