Hello, we have been living in the UK for more than 10 years with my partner and both work as self employed. We decided to apply for Permanent Resident Card. Both from EU.
Q1. Do we really have to send ALL of our invoices and receipts from the last 5 years? It will be about 4000 pages printed at least! I have about 3-4 client per day and my husband also.
Q2. Do they accept payment by Visa Debit card as it is NOT on their list.
Q3. Do I need to print another 85 pages for my partner or only Section 5?

3) Apply together.

Note Current 'monster' form is not mandatory; use an earlier, simpler form.
Or, if feeling hardcore, apply by letter.

Ok, so,if I don't need to send all of them then how do I choose which one to send? They just say in the 'notes' invoices.

Send a sample. Not 4000.
But you won't get any benefit of doubt so make sure all your evidence is rock-solid to back your case.
HO will also apply its PET/MET test so (in UK) you have to do more than prove your work was simply genuine and effective.

And its not simply about the "last 5 years".
If you have been working in UK for 10 years you may have acquired PR perhaps 5 years ago, from 2006-2011 or so.

Same thing; in some places its called PET.

HMRC has a Primary Earnings Threshold (PET), which is the point at which employees must pay class 1 National Insurance contributions. If an EEA national is earning below PET you must make a further enquiries into whether the activity relied upon is genuine and effective.
