EEA2 refused after we requested to return the documents

Hello Guys,

Basically we applied for the EEA2 as married couple and 2 weeks before we requested to return our documents back but unfortunately we received a refusal letter today with our all documents except the Non EU passport  .

There was 2 reasons I found:
1) The have stated that the home secretary of sate is not satisfied with the marriage certificate we have provided even though it was endorsed by the ministry of foreign affairs of the non EU's country.

2) They are not satisfied that I was working in Ireland because they did not see my salary paid in to the bank.
They did not mention anything about the payslips, P45, Job offer letter and the revenue letter.

They have given 14 calendar days to appeal the decision but there is no appeal form in it. Any idea what to do? any tips for appealing this? or should we need to find lawyer? somebody help me please

Any advice highly appreciated.

Thank you

The should have send you and appeal form under the notice regulations. But it is not a problem. If there is a proper notice of decision, you could lodge an appeal on line.

Furthemore you could look into the issues they raised and sought it and if they were wrong, you could seek a review.
