TIER 4 visa to Turkish Business Person Visa

Hello everyone,
Here is my question briefly:
Can you switch to Turkish Business Person visa from Tier-4 while you are a financially-sponsored student (for your Tier-4 visa)?
I am confused and worried that the application for Turkish Business Person visa can be rejected because I am taking financial support from a body (in my case, from ministry of Education in my home country) for my tuition fee and living expenses.
Do you think being a financially-sponsored student can be an obstacle for Turkish Business Person visa?
