Advise needed for passport return ...

Hi Guys,
I appreciate your comments on my issue.
Basicly I received my COA on 21 August and the same day I requested both my passport and my wife passport back using the online form.
Today is 28 September, and we have still not received them.
I also filled two docs not returned form during this period.
Please can you advise me what I should do?
