I have a problem with my application
I had a visa for 5 years now nearly finish
On eea pr form
Page 30 and section 5.6 saying
Were any of the above document issued to you that you are the
Family member of the sponsor section 2 ?

My visa saying member of eea national and I have visa with my wife
If I say yes it's asking provide details
What details I need to put . Details I've given on section 2 all sponsor details
Can you help me please

If you mean you have a RC as a family member its not actually a 'visa'.

Anyway if issued on basis of your spouse being your sponsor just state: "sponsor is my wife" in 5.6
- as simple as that.
