Hello All,
I am a Non Eea National husband of a Eea national. I applied for my Pr in april. I wish to travel my home country for religious festivals. The online return passport form scares me, as it mentions if i ask to return my passport my Application MAY be withdrawn. Can any one share their experience please.
Also i am travelling on 25th October and 6 month of my application finishes by 9th of November.

Unless you click the cancel/withdraw application button when asking for your docs back, your application won't be affected.

Thank you for reply. I did not click on WITHDRAW button which came at the beginning of the form.
My concerns is the following message

--if I am the main applicant or another applicant and I am subject to immigration control (i.e. not settled or an EEA national or the family member of an EEA national) and I have requested my travel document for identity purposes I understand that if I use those documents to travel outside the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man my application may be refused, voided or withdrawn and the fee will not be refunded. I may also be unable to re-enter the UK;--


This is what scaring me off. Also i work at airport and my airside ~Id is about to expire just as my visa.
And i am afraid my employment will be effected if/when they make enquiry about my status to HOME OFFICE and if they say that i have withdrawn application or such.
