EEA QP with EEA FM Application

Hello Sir/Madam
Can you give me your valuable suggestion and advise about my case.
I have submitted my EEA FM application on 4th August 2016. Basically, I filled the form by myself and I forget to send my wife application (EEA QP) with my eea fm application.
My question is that can i send my wife EEA QP form for her Registration Certificate in additional document while my EEA FM application is pending?
Secondly, If my wife complete 5 years in the UK and she is working completely 5 years, Will she be qualified or able to apply for Indefinite Leave (British Citizenship) without Registeration Certificate in the UK?
