Family member of an EEA Nationa

Hello,

I was wondering if any of you could give me some advice?

I have been living in the UK since since 2006.

I got a 5 year visa as a family member of an eea national in 2006 to 2011
then residence card of a family member of an eea national in 2012 to 2017.

I wanted to apply for permanent residence now.

I have been in full time education since 2006 and I have got letters to show that as well as my personal bank statements. Do I need to get anything else? I just have to show the last 5 years right?

Also the sponsor, my dad, is self employed, so I got Forms SA302, his bank statements, utility bills, and his lease. Once again, I only have to show the last 5 years right? Do I need to get anything else?

Finally, do I have to show dependency on my father?

THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP!

Why are you fixated on last 5 years?
You may have acquired PR as early as 2011.

If under 21 no need to show or prove dependency on sponsor, just relationship.

Assemble evidence.
Fill out form.
See how it shapes up.

I was under the impression I had to show the last 5 years? I have got the documents to show the last 5 years, anything before that might be difficult to get.

Also as Im over 21, does that mean I have to show dependency? What kind of documents would I need for that?

A qualifying period does not have to be only the last 5 years.
Its up to applicant to keep the evidence he needs.

Yes, if over 21 proof of dependency is required, start here:

So would my application be refused if I only provide the last 5 years?

Sorry I am getting a bit confused now.

What you need is a 5 years qualifying period. Any valid 5 year period.
