biometric not received 2 weeks after confirmation email

Hello,
I have not received the biometric letter more than two weeks after receiving the confirmation email (QP+EEA2). Has anyone had similar situation to me? Should I contact the Home Office?
Here is my timeline:
application received: 10/09/2016
confirmation email: 28/09/2016
biometric letter: ??? not received until 13/10/2016
Could anyone give me any advice? Thank you in advance.
