Hello Everyone :)
I wonder if anyone would help me with the application form. Ive been living in UK for the last 11 years (im from Poland). I apply on a basis of 5 years' continous residence and I understand that my evidence need to cover this period. However, in the application form (section 9 A.), they ask me to give details of my activity in UK since I entered the country. Do I need to give detail of every single job in the last 11 years? To be honest Im not sure if I can recall all the dates and short time jobs I had.
They also ask about accession state workers, but the scheme hasnt been in operation for over 5 years now, so not sure why I need to fill it in . I have never had WRS card or certificate and not sure if it will affect my application.
If anyone could help me that would be great. Thank you :)
Ewelina

You need to detail your economic and other activity so that the caseworker can use that information (and your evidence) to determine your qualifying period.
Do the best you can; just list months/years if you cannot recall precise days.

You will need rock-solid documentary supporting evidence in any case;
for example:
  • contracts;
    letters from employers;
    tax documents (P60s; P45s);
    sample payslips;
& etc etc.

As you are an A8 national, she will be checking for full and proper registration for WRS if you were a worker during/before 2011.
So yes, that WRS matters too; (including paperwork, certificate etc).

Thank you for your reply :)
I understand that they need to check everything carefully, but the application clearly states it relates to the last 5 years. WRS hasnt been in operation since April 2011 thats why Im confused a bit
