EEA PR payment issue - urgent advice needed

Hello,
My spouse - EEA national
Me - non EEA national included in EEA PR application
EEA PR Application sent - 04.10.2016
Email onfirmation received - 18.10.2016
Biometrics letter received and biometric enrolled - 19.10.2016
However the payment has not been taken from Visa Debit. We checked a copy of our application and found one mistake.
We ticked the box "cheque" instead of "card" in the form (thought this box is for the card...), however filled the section for the card properly with the card number, CVV, cardholder name etc.
Is there a chance that UKBA will deduct payment from the card, as its quite obvious that we intended to pay by card? Can we contact Home Office by phone or fax to clarify? Does the fact that biometrics' enrolled already mean that they are going to process application?
Thank you

Go and re-enrol.
If payment failed you should have been informed.
If it makes you feel better send another payment form - cross reference with application.
- better to pay twice and get it corrected later rather than not pay at all.
However if payment really failed you should have heard.
- have you asked bank to try and trace any payment request?

Hi,
Thank you for reply
Yes, I called the bank and they can see no rejected payments from this month
I like the idea of sending another payment form,
shall I use the same address as for EEA PR appllication (Durham)?

Yes, let HO sort out their internal mail and route it to desk of concerned caseworker.
Just cross-ref as clearly as you can.
