Hi
just my wife and i we planned to apply for family permit next month , she told me that may be we can not because the UK is leaving Eu next year and it will be no sense to apply that is why i asked about that

You appear to already be resident in the UK with your Polish wife. Haven't you applied for a RC?

Note UK will remain in EU for at least 2 more years.

What permit did you hold when you were living in the UK and how long had you been living here?
