EEA(FM) Relationship evidence other than Marriage Cert

I am just in the process of filling out EEA(FM).
From what I understand from the guidance, if the applicant and sponsor are married, the proof of relationship required is
- a marriage certificate
- several documents proving residence,
and we are obviously submitting these.
Now, there are some questions in Section 5 about the length and nature of relationship, and since my husband and I have been married for 3 months only - I am just wondering whether additional evidence is required of relationship prior to marriage, as it is not specifically mentioned. I am tempted to include the same evidence we have previously submitted for his Family Permit application (which was successful).
Does anyone have any experience with that?
