Hi, i need some advise for one of my friend who is eu family member he went in manchester airoport from amsterdam but uk boder agency did not given him permission to enter uk without his eu wife..also they search him and got some false letter (just print out from computer and nothing serious) and they give all document to back him..uk boder agency did not ask any question about that to him..officer just told him without his wife he cant enter uk this is eu rule..my question is if he go back uk with his wife then do he face any immigration problem or not ? previously before apply eu residence card he was refused his visa under tier1 home office said that time his bank statement was false.after that he got marry eu citizen and without any problem he gt 5 years RC in September 2015.
can anyone advice me for him plz..

He shouldn't have a problem re-entering the UK with his EU spouse, but what was the 'false letter' printed from the internet?

If they were UKBA goons then they were imposters, UKBA was abolished in 2013.

What do you mean by 'false letter' - who had the letter, the 'friend' or the UK Border Force operatives?

No, in future, if travelling together (or joining sponsor), dependents may be given every opportunity to enter UK (with sponsor) if they can prove their identities and relationship - all as per EU regs and UK BF Ops manual.

But suggest lay off the dodgy documents, your 'friend' is not doing himself any favours.

my friend had the letter in his luggage with his other document just like his application pending and thses all are not any official letter.and officer gave him all document back but these letter gave him when he was ready to come back Holland..they took interview about marriage but did not ask any question about the documents,false letter or any other things.
just said to him if your wife come with you then you can enter UK.but he is confused go back or not.
he also apply Holland to stay with his wife. but now he want withdraw the apply and want go back UK.

In law, if the EU citizen has not broken her continuity of residence, it is unlawful to remove them.

That use to be embedded in their guidance.

Upon first entry under Article 5, the presence of the EU citizen is necessary but not in subsequent entry.

Should have been able to join sponsor too - if she was in UK (and could prove it).
But in these situations you have to be able to explain everything clearly and calmly and back it up with appropriate documentation.

they both are in Holland together.

In which case, your friend is unable to reside in the UK without his wife as the EU sponsor.

No point in withdrawing his application to live in Holland unless his wife chooses to move back to the UK

if they both go back UK they have face any problem or not ? some one told him if these false letter is not submited home office officially then nothing to worry about that home office not bother about these document ..is it true?

Friend needs to up his game and stop messing about.
He cannot do what he likes and live where he feels like in EU without the sponsor.

He has no rights in EU without sponsor.
And what's with all this dodgy paperwork?
