Permanent Residence Card

Hello,
I have been looking into applying for a permanent residency card here in UK.

I am a Czech citizen, have lived in UK for 16 years, married to a British citizen for 8 years, 3 children, have been a stay at home mum for the last 5/6 years, have got a private insurance for the required period.

I find all the documents very confusing. Am I applying as a EEA national 'qualified person' (self-sufficient) and my husband then becomes my sponsor??

What sections do i really need to complete?

Many thanks!!

Pav

Apply in own right as self sufficient.
Hubby cannot be your EEA sponsor as he is British.

You are applying in your own right as a self sufficent qualified person. Your husband is not your sponsor (and cannot be as he is British) but you can certainly have been self sufficient from his funds.

As you have had CSI in place, it seems you're nailed it.

Ignore all sections about sponsor on the form. You are the main applicant and that is all.
