Where were children born?
How long have children enjoyed life in UK?
Are you their sponsor?

Hi, children were born abroad (eea nationals). They have been living in UK since 2007.I applied for their registration certificate in 2007 but when I applied for my PR I could not include the as they were not 5 years in the UK at the time.
Yes I am the sponsor.I have two children do they have to apply separately as current EEA permanent residence for does not allow me for both of them to apply?? Thank you

So they probably acquired PR as early as 2012/13 then.

Yes, one form each as they will each be their own main applicant (with you as sponsor).

It is possible to have 2 children on one form, to save papers.
