EEAnational served30 days removalnotice for excersing treaty

I have attended before marriage interview during my 70 day notice period .My wife is Bulgarian national and I'm non-EU national .My wife have been served with 30 day country removal notice after the interview for abusing her treaty right .My wife appealed against the removal notice and we registered our marriage in local council .We sent our EEA(FM) application last month with marriage certificate .
what are the chances that I will get long COA with right of employment while my application is in process ? I was not allowed to work on my last tier-4 student visa
any one gone through same process can share there experience

The chances of long COA depend on the quality of the application and the evidence submitted as well as whether a marriage of convenience is suspected.

Did she appeal the Regulation 21B decisions, and was it successful

Yes she appeal the Regulation 21B decisions ,appeal launched last month so we are waiting to hear back from court

OK . It is hard to see success with the regulation 21B case, but you should be able to get a COA

Is there any previous court decisions related to regulation 21 b you can share ?
