EEA2 possible break up - options to remain in the UK?

Hi

I am a Doctor from Egypt living with my French girlfriend in the UK for 3 years. I have acquired EEA unmarried partner permit in August 2016.
Now I am about to start a job as a doctor with the NHS. Sadly, our relationship is at its worst. I have been cheated on a couple of time, I am experiencing insults and verbal abuse on a daily basis from her and I'm regularly being threatened of deportation if I leave the house. This is really effecting me emotionally and I just can't seem to know what should I do. I know it is my personal decision wether I should end the relationship but i am not sure what will be my position afterwards. Will i be illegal if i breakup? Our relationship was always genuine but now everything is starting to change. Since I got this job I've been experiencing a tremendous amount of pressure, all our cultural differences are starting to appear whenever we bring up the topic of marriage or children. I am really under a lot of stress and i feel like I have made the biggest mistake in my life.
What are my options to secure my residence in the UK if I leave her? I am starting my job as a Gynaecologist next week and I am worried if she would report me or falsely claim something against me. Help me, I am living a nightmare.

Welcome.

Most unfortunate.
You have very few options as an unmarried sponsor on the EU route if the relationship (by which you are in UK) ends.

Suggest start to make a Plan B.
To continue in UK you would need to look at a UK domestic visa issued in your own right, for example Tier 2.
