hi everyone ,i had reapplied for pr eea4 application after divorce while my appeal was pending.My money was deducted from home office and i have received coa with work as well.I was now waiting for my home office decison as it is aready 4 months now .
I thought when i send fresh application and home office accepts it then court case will be withdrawn.Today i received hearing date from court for june 2017.
Please kindly advise me if i should notify court and withdraw appeal because home office decision time is quite near .or,
shall i leave as it is which means wait for home office decision and hearing date both.This way incase if i get rejected from home office i will have still chance in a court.Please let me know what shall i do

many thanks for your answer,ama26.I was thinking i wait and leave as it is ,is there any chance of home office returning my documents saying your appeal is pending and you have a hearing date as well.just confused.

I've read on this forum cases where people were able to do both and received their PR or RC from Home Office.
