Hello,

this is my situation:
I am European, I have lived 7 years in the UK, 2 years of school and I had the European Health Insurance. I went abroad to do an unofficial internship for one year. I have my own business going on and I want to pay my taxes in the UK before I return. Can I use my virtual address mailbox for my small business and pay my taxes in the UK while I am still abroad? Can I use my virtual address box to apply for ILR?

Many thanks for your tips!

A virtual presence is not residence.
How do you propose to meet absence requirements?

As a matter of Law, i see nothing precluding that, so long as you have not been out of the UK for a period of 2 years or more.

Great news. Thanks for your reply.
How can I prove my presence in the UK during the 7 years when I had no housing contract, no bills and job? You know those floating moments after studying when you live in a warehouse and the landlord isn't being honest. I regret but I was young!

Also, how can I prove the number of days of my physical presence in the UK? Does borders between UK and EU register that? Can I contact them?
