EEA2 unmarried partner with child visa application

good day beautiful people , i will love to listen to people experience and advise

I'm a non EU national and my Patner is EU citizen
we been together for 3 years and
we got a year old baby
but we been living together for just a year

can i apply for RC ?
what is the possibility of getting it ?
do we still need the 2 years rules of relationship ?

Normally two years time served in a durable and subsisting relationship 'akin to marriage' is expected.
With rock-solid proof.
Child may help.

What's your immigration status now? PBS? overstayer?
