need info. residence permit for non-EU (FM of EU citizen)

Hello to all members,
I have applied for residence permit on 01-11-2016 to stay in UK with my wife. She is Polish citizen. I had mention my wife as my Sponsor in residence permit application form and attached her work contract and few more proofs of her income.
But my question are:
1. that now she is going to change her job so I have to send her new work contract and details to home office or not ?
2. is there any minimum working hours requirements that she have to work in each week/month to be my sponsor?
