Child born and permanent residence card issue same day

Dear All,
i have permanent residence card after retain of right and my baby was born on same day as on my card But i received the letters with my permanent card where they mention acquired permanent residence different date.
i am non eea and live with non eea partner can i apply British passport for my baby?
please some one advise.

You must have acquired PR before you received the card; (the card merely confirms your status).

Many thanks for your reply,
my acquired permanent residence date on the letter is 8 month before of baby born but card decision date is same as my baby birth date,
please advise can i straight away apply passport without registration?

Yes, follow guidance linked above.
The card is not the deciding factor it just confirms you have PR, it doesn't confirm when you acquired it.
It may be best to avoid confusing HMPO caseworker and not including the card.
