Already have EEA3, do I need EEA-PR? Is EEA3 still valid?

Hi,

Back in 2009, I obtained an EEA3 document so my family could apply for their own PR.
I've recently found this document in a drawer and it has no expiry date.

With Brexit stuff going on, is my EEA3 still valid? Would I need to apply for EEA PR instead?

Thanks!

EEA 3 & EEA PR are just names of the forms. The document certifying Permanent Residence is still valid provided your PR hasn't lapsed by more than two years outside the UK. No need to apply for a new one, maybe after Brexit there will be new regulations.
But you don't need to do anything right now, your fine don't worry :D
