Visa for non-european husband, I'm EEA

Hi, I have a query.
We used to have tons of solicitors before and almost became bankrupt so decided to write appeal to first-tier tribunal alone. it has been accepted and we have a hearing in May.
We are trying to get his visa since 2013 without result, they refused us because they thought we are the marriage of convenience, later that I don't excerise treaty rights (I was self- employed but they didn't care).
Now, however I done more research and I hope I will be more prepared.
So:
I am a student in this moment, and I would like to exercise treaty rights from this point. I have comprehensive sickness insurance (+ my husband), letter from school that I'm enrolled on course, my statement that I have sufficient resources (I work on self- employ basis for Spammy Spammer agency- I could do screenshot from their website, so maybe they could believe that I work) and I would like to give some bank statements.
What do you think about it?? Do we have any chance??
Also do you know any barrister to recommend??
Regards,
Melissa
