Hello. I want to ask a question about my case.
I am holding an EEA family permit and I plan to apply for EEA(EFM) residence card as an unmarried partner. I thought I cannot get CoA while I apply for RC since I am not married to EEA national. However, today I went to talk to a lawyer and he told me I will get it because I am holding an EEA family permit.
Does anyone know about it?

You can get a CoA - but it will almost certainly be one without the right to work.

Thanks MarkJones, that's what I thought. However the lawyer told me I will be able to work since I am holding EEA family permit now. So confusing. Thanks!
