If EU national studied on vocational course following involuntarily redundancy
WHAT kind of course it has to be? FOR EXAMPLE: Degree course, any course like training to be a shoe repairer?

Also what evidence has to be submitted to prove that.
My ex several certificates from various places but I wonder what are the requirements.
As I showed them to my solicitor and he said the one especially from the closed college as it was 2 years ago they would not like and challenge them. He said they could refuse on the basis that the college does have an awarding body and the student has completed the course without any diploma awarded?

Is that right?
But what are the requirements please....

My understanding is that the course needs to be inline with your previous job although I read somewhere that University courses are acceptable for as long as they prepare people to work in a trade, a craft, as a technician, or in professional vocations such as engineering, accountancy... You are meant to exercise your treaty rights as a worker for example so if you are no longer working and left your job it has to be because you decided to study to improve your chances to find a better job in order to carry on exercising your treaty rights. The best answer might be to call the HO on 0300 123 2253, then chose option, 2, 1 and finally option 2 to find out about your rights regarding the Citizen Directive 2004/38/EC

Note!

If the course is inline/not with your present/previous job make sure you get CSI to back it up
