no COA after beometrics

Hi,
We submitted biometrics on the 18th Feb but still haven't gotten a Certificate of Application. In the timeline topic it looks like they are usually received within a week or two after Biometrics.
Did anyone have a similar situation, should we contact them to see what is up?
