Permanent residence & Leaving the UK

I have acquired permanent residence and I am considering leaving the UK for a while. I was wondering if it's worth it in the current situation and whether I will be able to come back.. What are the risks in that? Would someone be able to give me more information?

If I leave for a less than 2 years period of time, would I have any problems coming back to the UK? Would the legislation change once an agreement has been reached between the UK and EU?

The only thing for sure is that, if you come back after 2 years, you'll have lost all rights to retain PR.

For all the rest, nobody knows.

Get citizenship first then you can leave for as long as you want.
