EEA PR - student or not a student

Hi,
I'm applying for a Permanent Residence document and I'm puzzled about the "student" part.
So on the online form, whenever you select that you studied since entering Britain you must provide a proof of a Comprehensive Sickness Cover. I did not have that, as I worked full-time and studied and the same time and paid normal NI contributions at work.
So my question is - will my application go through, if I didn't have the Comprehensive Sickness Cover but worked full-time and had normal National Insurance as everyone else?
If it doesn't go through, does it make sense to say I never studied on the application? I don't want to get rejected just for saying I was a student seven years ago!
Details:
Entered UK in 2010
Studied between 2010 and 2011
Employed full time since 2010
Many thanks!
