Hi all,

Could you please confirm if I can work with an EEA Family Permit? I am sure it does not imply I can work but my wife is exercising her treaty rights and started work in the UK. We will be applying for Registration Certificate and my Residence Card next month.

Yes you can work. I started to work straight away on my family permit and you should get a CoA when you apply for the Residence Card which also confirms your right to work during the time you wait for your RC (when you will likely have an expired family permit).
