I am Italian and i live in UK since 2011.
I want to apply for a permanent residency card, but i have some doubt.
I have my wive and my 2 kids with me since april 2012 and my parents since march 2016.
In my application i want to include them as well, my wife is on the council tax bill with me. She started her job last year, so i can't demostrate 5 year of payslipp for her. Could it be a problem?
Do i have to provide evidence that my kids have been with me since 2012. What do i have to provide. They are 11 and 6, for the first i could ask the school to write a letter or something saying she has attended the school but what about the youngest? Can i include my parents even if they have been here only for 1 year?

NOT SURE if you could apply for your wide and kids on the basis that they were dependent on you and you were qualified throughout.

I dont think your parents are eligible for PR yet if they been here only for a year with you.
