help for EU member permament residency in UK

hi
i am living in uk from last 6 years, i am EU citizenship . I want to apply for EEA PR or ILR.
I want to know what documents i need ?
Can I get right to apply again incase refusal or Appeal ??
My husband NON-EU is on EEA 2 visa, if I go for PR , will it effect his case to get PR after his 5 years ??
Any issue of earning salary of 18000 like British citizen after getting EEA PR ??
I have these confusions in mind.
What will happen after Brexit, anyone can stay or only with EEA-PR ??
