Hi every one please help me or guide a coursing to my satiation.
I am non EU family member living in Hungary currently and I have Hungarian residence card.
I have got married to EU citizen in London which was on June 2013. After the we applied EU residence card to UK home office but they refused and we went to court and court also refused after that we decided to apply new application which was September 2015 and home office call us for interview but they didn't interview detains me and removed me from UK. As I mention above about my currently story
My question is that
We applied EEA family permit but UK refused again they inconvenience marriage which is not true
Now we decide to go to London to celebrate our anniversary via Clasise. As UK removed me i am worried may be boarder force will not let us in as they deport me ?
Please help me out what should we do

After that we decided to put new application which was June 2015 and home office call us to interview but they didn't interview us. They detained and removed me from UK. Now currently I am living in Hungary and I have Hungarian residence card .last month we applied EEA family permit to go back to UK but they refused us base is inconvience marriage.
Now we decided to go to London celebrate our anniversary which is next month
1. We are going via bus from will show all dacuments to prove that we re genuine couple what you this is good idea ?
2.We booked return ticket
3. Invitation alerted from one of our friend where we will stay?
4. As I read on this forum that many couple have been went to London via claise
5. We are worried just because of one thing which is that home office removed me do you think it will effect on boarder ?
Please guide me we really need information

If you have already been refused an EEA Permit (and also previously been removed from the UK), it's highly likely that you will not be permitted to enter the UK. UK Border Control is in Calais where information held on the Home Office system will be checked.

I strongly suggest that you choose another destination other than the UK to celebrate your anniversary.

If there are evidence that they are wrong and the marriage has indeed endured, you could appeal the decision and present it. Coming through the border will lead to further refusal.

As many time I applied to UKBA. The refusal inconvience marriage which is wrong.thats why decides to go on boarder with all prove of relationship last 4 years.
I heard that as EU family member removel does not effect.

Go to border is likely to fail. As court had made a finding, they will continue to rely on it, even though you may have material indicating otherwise.

Obie is right. The Immigration Officer at UK Border Control will be unable to overturn a decision made in Court.

In the last refusal letter they haven't mention any thing that they removed, just the said inconvience marriage and lack of relationship prove,secondly I am genulily EU family member and I do have residence card to prove that.
. If it is really big problem they would mentioned in refusal letter that court refuse me, but they didn't

The appeal dismissed in Court will be held on record, even if not mentioned in the refusal letter. UK Border control will also see from information held on their system that you were detained and removed from the UK and have since been refused an EEA family permit again.

Now I have planned every thing.whatever will happens on boarder will update you.
Secondly I was reading on this board one of guy applied EEA family from pakistan but he got refused 3 time and then he got sechngen visa on base this visa he got stamp on claise boarder.

Yes they do. Ireland & the UK are within the Common Travel Area. Why are you determined to celebrate your wedding anniversary in the UK when you are aware that entry is likely to be refused?

As you advised me I did cancel the plan to go in boarder without visa. Now I am thinking to go Ireland
What do you think do I need visa for Ireland or can I travel behalf of my residence card. Please advise

Secondly do u think if I apply visa to Ireland embassy as a family member of EU , will they refuse as well ?
