CSI requirement

Hi all,
I arrived in the UK in January 2012 and I am applying for a PR card.
From January 2012 to July 2013 I was self-sufficient from lawful self-employment (I was registered as self-employed in Spain, paying my taxes and national insurance contributions there), living in the UK. I became self-employed in the UK in July 2013.
I have bank statements from this period evidencing that I was receiving funds from lawful self-employment to cover my life in the UK.
I understand that I also need to submit evidence that I had CSI at the relevant time. I held a European Health Insurance Card issued from Spain in September 2011. However, after it expired I lost this card. The only proof I have at the moment is an e-mail sent by the Spanish national insurance authorities notifying me that my European Health Insurance Card would be sent to my address within 10 days. Would a sworn translation into English of this e-mail suffice?
