It's nearly 11 months before I applied but still haven't received any decision from HO.
I called them day before yesterday and they told me that they will contact me within 5 working days. .it's ridiculous ......

Any advice would be appreciate.................

What is your relationship to your EEA sponsor? How is your EEA sponsor exercising treaty rights in the UK?

Thanks for your reply. I arrived in december 2011 on student visa and i renew in 2013 and got new visa which was expire in September 2015 then i apply flro then apply EEA EFM residence card in june 2016..He is my uncle from my mother side.he is here from last 10 years.He was working in a accountancy but from last September he's working as a self employed..

Be aware that EEA route applications do not extend Section 3c leave while the application is being considered and that you have been an overstayer since September 2015.

He hold a French nationality .He used to pay my school fee and money for my pocket..i send all of that proof to home office.he paid my admission fee in uk 2 times and paid my application fee as well.

what phone number did you use to call them? I have been trying to call with every number I've found on the internet with no success
