greetings to all users,
help needed to apply eea family permit. here is my story in short. i am a german citizen married in bangladesh 2.5 yrs. we have a child together 8 months old. i am living last 8 months with my wife in bangladesh.no plan to go back germany. we would like to move together in uk first for visit to see is it something for us. my question is how many times i can apply family permit after refusal each time. i read in this forum you have 14 days time to appeal in that case do i have to wait first 14 days then apply 2nd time. what is the best thing to do after 2/3 times refusal. is it better then to take a solicitor in uk.is there any important instruction to fill up the eea fp form online if so please advice.sorry for my bad english. thanks for your time to read.

I believe you are applying for the family permit for your wife, because you do not need a family permit yourself as a German citizen.

You actually have 28 days to appeal after receiving your refusal letter if you are applying from outside the UK. Although I know this is useless because it takes toooooo long, I think minimum 6 months, to get the appeal's decisions.

In fact, your wife can acompany you to the UK even without a family permit if you can prove at the border that you are married. You can read more about that here https://eumovement.wordpress.com/2010/0 ... to-travel/

The difficulty is in boarding a plane from Bangladesh without a valid visa for the UK. Stupid will likely refuse to carry them.

CR001 is right there is no way to boarding the flight
so i ask the gurus what is the best thing to do
the chance to get it approved first time is 5%
even all requirements fullfilled
or is it better to find a job first go alone to uk reside there 3 months after that apply for wifes eea fp from bd
please advice also if i apply first from bd after refusal how many times can i reapply without appeal.
