Hi guys, I would like to share my experience with you and get advice
So we as a family who have been living in Britain for 10+ years have applied for Permanent residency card last month on the 5th HO received it on the 6th payment taken out a day later and thats when things started to go strange..
Firstly the payment which was meant to be taken was supposed to be 390 altogether however £455 was taken all at once and two payments of £65 each separately were taken.
I called the PR application helpline but they don't know what to do and just told me to email regarding this which I done and an automated response said wait 20 days for a reply wait...anyways apart from that i have not received any update confirming that HO has my application or not (been a month) but not only that I have not heard anything regarding the email I sent so I called again and was told to email in the complaints dept done that to and still waiting....
