Hello everyone, I would like to ask you that me ( non eu ) and my eu citizen wife want to apply for her registration certificate and my residency card. I would like to ask some questions if any of you could advice me on that plz.
1- Can my wife fill up the form online and book in an appointment for premier service and as her direct family member I can go with her to apply for my residency card or we have to send it by post?
2- I got my 6 months EEA Family Permit when I applied from outside UK and now I'm in UK, do I need to submit again our relationship history like social media print outs and photos of us together as I already submitted them when I applied for EEA Family Permit?
3- I am working now full time, do I have to send only my wife (eu nationals) work history as she's exercising her treaty rights or do I have to send mine too?

I would really appreciate if you can help me out with these questions plz.

plz provide more information, how long she been here in the UK and what she is doing since, second you said you got 6 month RC, tell me when its going to expire, she can only apply for PR if she is living in the UK for last 5 years and working, you can also apply with her but ur not going to get PR they will issue another 5 years RC, am not expert but i read alot, just google around and ask from expert check ur local lawyers. its normally free consultation for 30 mints

She's been in UK for almost 4 years and working through out with only 5 months holiday 1 off. I will be applying for RC for 5 years. It's going to expire in September 2017 and I'm going to apply this month. Do you know that can we apply with premium service with my EU partner together while she apply for registration certificate and I as family member applying for residency card?

There is no premium service for EU related application, AFAIK.

no u cant apply PR services for EU, its only for UK not for EEA members r their partners.
