Im new member to this site, i have few questions and guidence required from all of you,

Im a Non EEA family member, married to Polish National, i have residence card issued in 2013,will expire in march 2018 my marriage is 5 years now and i have one 4 years son, due to the birth of my child my wife didnt work for 2 years in the middle from 2013 to 2014 so, since i know that i cant apply for EEA PR i applied to renew my residence card again on 20th of April and this time we all applied together in one application EEA QP Online using till today i have not got any Bio metric or anything from homeoffice only got email that they consider my application, this is background of my life in UK till now, but the problem i am facing at the moment is my wife and I having issues and i think we will end of divorce soon, since we are sleeping together not talking to eachother she is sleeping with my son, and im frustrated because of this situation, so, the question is if i go for Divorce - should i apply for ROR or EE PR on own as my 5 years already completed - also what will happen to my application which is already in homeoffice with all the documents of her job and proof of address and all. thank you waiting for your assistance thanks

Hello, Friends i have a question regarding PR - im a non eea national, my marriage is 5 years old, i got residence card earlier, but last month i applied for EEA QP together with my wife and child - currently we got consideration email and i have not got yet Bio metric letter from HO, my question is, from last few days i and my wife having clashes on small things and i think we consider divorce, can i apply on my own for PR or i have to apply for ROR ?? thank you

you can apply for EEA QP Premiem Services and Its Free but only in Croydon and you will not get a date, only if ur lucky
