i reiceved my permanent residence visa BUT It's not a Visa it's PR

it's a VISA on the Blue paper its saying ( UK RESIDENCE DOCUMENTATION FOR A NATIONAL OF EEA STATE)

there is no renewal date No date because it's Permanent!
Type of document : Document certifiying Permanent residence
Remarks: Nothing say here.
Renewal date : No date for expire or renewal it's Permanent under current rules

My questions
1. If UK leave EU do i loose my right as a permanent ? Depends on what the UK negotiates & what the new immigration act will stipulate - noone knows yet
2. Do i need to be a bristish citizen before UK leave EU ? No but it will help avoiding immigration control
3. is this document for only EU national until UK stay EU ? Yes under current rules
4. Do i need to endorstment this document to my passport ? ( i had a 6 years time left on my passport but still on paper No

Please let me give clear answer ..
