Should the comprehensive sickness insurance cover pregnancy/maternity?

Yes.
Maternity leave from work of about a year, when
the EEA citizen took maternity leave and then returned to the job market, does not break continuity of residence for PR.
But that is contingent on the person leaving the job market and returning to it.
If the EEA citizen is a student or a self-sufficient person, there is no such concession.

Thank you for your answer secret.simon.
But I think I was not clear enough. I am trying to choose a CSI and the inclusion of a coverage for pregnancy/maternity makes it much more expensive. My question is: should the insurance cover expenses with pregnancy/maternity to be considered "comprehensive"?
