Hello there,

I am wondering if anyone in the same situation with me?

I applied EEA (FM) on 27/12/2016
Received decision on 05/06/2017 (After 5 months and 5 days)
09/06/2017 I have received my passport back with all my supporting documents.
Until today 20/06/2017, after 12 working days from 05/06/2017 still, hasn't received my residence card.

To report for the last couple days and called 0300 123 2253 couple times.
They only suggest me to wait another 5 working days to wait for an answer.

Anyone in the same situation? I am getting worried.

I went for a premium service to apply for my ILR at Sheffield on 23/03/2017.
Received the Orginal documents with approval letter on 15/05/2017.
In the letter it was mentioned to contact them if I don't receive my BRP in next 10 days. After 10 days I emaild them and I received the response after 2 days that the request was forwarded to the case officer and for any further queries contact your case officer or the premium service centre where attended.
Tried to call Sheffield PEO, but no use. Engage all the time.
So waiting for BRP from more than a month.
Any suggestions appreciated ..
