EEA national and non EU national in a relationship

Hi everyone. This is the first time I'm posting here. I have an extended EEA family member RC which technically expires next year. The thing is that I got it as a dependent on my dad but unfortunately due to injury he hasn't been able to exercise his treaty rights for the past three years while I've lived worked and fallen in love with a EEA national. We've been together for over two years and lived together for over one year. We want to apply for a new RC with her as my EEA family either as spouse or partner. She's studied and worked at the same time. She's met my dad, I've met all her family. Does anyone has an idea on what our chances are?

Thanks in advance

How long has your father been exercising treaty rights in the UK? If he has already exercised treaty rights for five continuous years before his accident, he already has PR and can still sponsor you.

Alternatively, had he worked in the UK for at least three years before his injury?

He exercised treaty rights for two and a half years before his injury. He hasn't lived in the UK for the past three years rather moving up and down between England, Italy and Africa without a residential address.
