EU & Brexit Deal- question

I am really confused since Mrs May introduce her plan for the EEA citizens in UK .
My self ( family member of EEA) and my spouse( EEA citizen ) both have PR issued few month ago , my spouse will apply for BC soon but I can't apply for BC now as I was overstayed before we get married ( 6 years ago ) .
1- as the people who hold PR need to reapply again is that mean I will lose my PR as my spouse will be British citizen?
2- assuming we get divorce( we not planning to as we are happy couple but just in case ) in this case I will lose my PR ?
I am really confused and I don't know what to do .. I understand no one really knows what's will happened but can you guys just give us an opinions ..
Thank you

I can imagine what is going on in the head. But I do not think the non EU will have to re apply. The EU may do so that they can keep their finger print in the UK system but they will never discuss that with the union trust me.

There was a case regarding dual nationalty without losing your EU right anyway and yet to be decided.

If you're too worried you may divorce to be safer side and re marry in a low key as Brexit marriage. Funny.

Good Luck
