Hi All,

Hope you can help me. I am a non eea family member and applied for PR after ROR. Application sent on 21ST May 2017 received by Durham HO on 24th May 2017. Till today 30th June they haven't taken any payment. I am wondering how long it takes to take the the payment !

From experience, HO usually takes payment 5 days at the most after they get your application. Maybe there is something missing from your application. Not sure if you can call them to find out though it may be worth a trial.

Fees are usually taken within 2 working days.

If your fee was not taken, it is an indication that something is wrong.

You can send a new pay form and ask them to link it to your application.
