Hi y'all,

I've applied for EEA FM + EEA QP couple of months ago.

But now EEA is changing his employment. Therefore, I'm wondering what should I provide along with the copy (or the original) of his new contract.

Should we fill that part of the form in which the employer signs again?

Any help will be welcome.

any change of circumstances has to be send through letter to home office.

Do you know by any chance to which office? Durham or Liverpool?

Or if I need to submit the parts of the form which the employer signs too?
